My stay at Luxury Apartments at Brookleigh was quite mixed. While I appreciated the beautiful gardens and the complimentary bubbles upon arrival, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and maintenance problems that need attention. A couples massage at the spa was a highlight, but the state of the accommodations left much to be desired. 😕💔
The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival, with dirty bathrooms and broken curtains. There was also a lack of toiletries, which was disappointing.
The staff were friendly but failed to provide adequate assistance during my stay regarding room readiness, which was frustrating.
The location is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and stables, making it a scenic spot for a getaway.
I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant despite the initial hiccup with checking in; however, I felt the dining options could be better highlighted.
